Tropicana was named Top 10 Developer in the prestigious Top-of-the-Chart category (RM1 billion and above) at the FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation) Malaysia-Star Malaysia Developer Awards 2023. With participation by invitation only, the Top-of-the-Chart Awards assess listed players based on quantitative and qualitative attributes including Placemaking Ingenuity, Creative Digitalisation and ESG (environmental, social and governance) Initiatives. The Top-of-the-Chart Awards are divided into two categories, namely, the Top 10 for Market Capitalisation of RM1 billion and above, and the Top 10 for Market Capitalisation below RM1 billion.
Tropicana was recognised for its track record in developing award-winning signature townships and developments across Malaysia. Ixora Ang, Executive Director, Marketing & Sales of Tropicana, shared more on the recognition.
